Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enter and expand in international markets.
• Identify new market opportunities and assess their potential for growth.

Business Development:

• Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, partners, and clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish and enhance market presence.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and report on market performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of international sales plans.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards for pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and manage documentation required for market entry.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals focused on international business development.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve performance goals.

Reporting:

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:
